Companies’ views of teleworking difficulties

Since the start of COVID-19 pandemic, several countries have recommended or imposed teleworking. This study examines arrangements made by companies in French-speaking Switzerland to prevent reduce negative aspects teleworking order improve experience for their employees. To do so, semistructured interviews were conducted with human resources team managers from various industries. The literature review enabled these risks be classified into six categories and was used guide interviews. results offer interesting insights academic researchers practitioners. For first, they can use findings investigate this issue other geographical regions expand doing a quantitative study. second, tailor management practices when crises materialize.
